Livingston man arrested on 100 counts of child pornography charges
Livingston Parish (NBC33) — A Livingston Parish man has been charged with 50 counts of possessing and 50 counts of distributing child pornography, according to the Louisiana Attorney General’s Office.
Richard Mudd, 47, was booked into the Livingston Parish Prison on Tuesday, April 22.
The arrests results from a joint investigation with the LA Attorney General’s Cyber Crime Unit, Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office, and Homeland Security Investigations.
If convicted, Mudd faces up to 20 years in prison on each count.
