LAKE CHARLES, LA — A 17-year-old Lake Charles woman has been detained on armed robbery charges and is thought to be part of a group commiting armed robberies.

On January 12, at around 2:30 a.m., Megan Price was located and arrested on an outstanding warrant for Armed Robbery. Calcasieu Parish Sheriff Deputies located Price in the 1500 block of McNabb Street in Lake Charles, LA. 

Megan Price is one of six suspects involved in an on-going investigation with charges of Armed Robbery, Armed Robbery with a Firearm and Motor Vehicle Theft. Price was booked into the Calcasieu Correctional Center by CPSO Deputies.

The investigation is ongoing.
