Lafayette man charged with casino stabbing

ST. MARTINVILLE, LA (NBC33) -- St. Martin Parish deputies arrested a Lafayette man for stabbing another patron at a local casino on Valentine's Day, Feb 14. 

Michael Deon Davis, 48, was taken into custody after the sheriff's office recieved a call from the Cash Magic Casino that a man had been stabbed in the abdomen following an argument.

Following an investigation, the suspect was identified and taken into custody. He was charged with Aggravated Second Degree Battery.
