Baton Rouge, La (NBC33) — Erick Scott, 21, has been charged with the murder of Justice Thompson,17. 

Thompson was shot multiple times and he sat in a parked car on October 16, 2011. He was brought to a hospital, where he died from his injuries.

Scott was charged with First-Degree Murder.

Scott is currently incarcerated for the murder of Kevin Johnson, 21, which occurred on February 14, 2012.
