St. Landry Parish, La — An illegal immigrant is facing deportation and criminal charges in St. Landry Parish.

The St. Landry Parish Sheriff's Office says Jario Beintez allegedly molested a 9-year-old child while he was living in the victim's house.

Benitez is being held without bond.

We're told he will be handed over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement in the coming days.
