House fire on Iroquois Street ruled an arson
Baton Rouge, La (NBC33) —
Baton Rouge firefighters suspect arson is to blame for a house fire late Saturday night that occurred in the 2400 block of Iroquois Street.
When firefighters arrived at the house they say flames shout out the windows; no one was hurt in the fire.
This morning, Deon Bynum lent a hand to help his disabled cousin who lived there.
Bynum said, "It makes me feel bad because if they do it to a disabled person, ain’t no telling who else they'll do it to. They might do it to your mom or something."
The Baton Rouge Fire Department says this fire is still under investigation. Anyone with information is asked to call the Fire Investigative Division at 354-1419.
