HAMMOND, La (NBC33) — Helen “Shorty” Howell, 30, was arrested on June 9 on the charge of Solicitation of Prostitution.

Howell also had several outstanding warrants for her arrest.

She was also charged with Failure to Appear for Pre-trial Motions for one count Possession of Stolen Property through Tangipahoa Parish and three outstanding warrants from the Hammond Police Department.
