'Gotcha' Gonzales launched to catch wanted suspects

Gonzales, LA (NBC33) — The Gonzales Police Department is looking for three suspects they say have been able to avoid arrest. In an effort to bring these and other suspects into custody, the GPD is releasing information and photos of wanted suspects in their “Gotcha” Gonzales Initiative.
The following suspects are currently wanted by the GPD:
Larry Charles Coleman Jr., 45, of Gonzales is wanted in connection with 10 counts of bench warrants on active cases including theft, trespassing, and resisting an officer. These crimes occurred between the dates of August 2006 and July 2011. The last contact any officer has had with Coleman was in July of 2011, and all attempts to locate him since that time have been in vain.
Latasha Renee Gayden, 33, of Baton Rouge is wanted in connection with warrants issued for writing nine separate worthless checks totaling over $2200.00 between 2008 and 2009. Last GPD contact with Gayden was in June of 2009. All attempts to locate her since that time have failed.
Ahmed Miles, 27, of Gonzales is wanted on six counts of active warrants for crimes committed between of October 2011 and June of 2014. Miles is wanted for crimes ranging from theft, battery, possession of CDS, resisting an officer, and traffic violations. Last GPD contact with Miles was in April of 2011. All attempts since that time to locate and apprehend Miles have been unsuccessful.
