EBRSO looking for Comite Hills vehicle burglars

East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Detectives are looking for one or more suspects seen burglarizing fifteen or more unlocked vehicles in the Comite Hills neighborhood early this morning.

The burglaries occurred on Frontier Drive, Pecos Drive, Prairie Drive, Lariat Avenue, Bryce Canyon Drive and Triple B Drive early this morning.

It is also believed that the suspects stole a grey 2012 Chevrolet Silverado (La. Lic#ULS30318)/vin#3GCPKSE77CG196979) from Prairie Drive.

According to reports, an unknown black male subject broke into the vehicles and stole Items including guns and debit cards. Some of the cards were used at various area gas stations. The attached video shows one of the suspects walk under the victim’s driveway and attempt to open the car door, the vehicle is locked, and the suspect leaves.

The suspect in the video is described as black male wearing a white "hoodie", blue jeans and tennis shoes.
