East Baton Rouge Sheriff's Office Narcotics detectives along with SWAT, Detectives, K-9 and Baton Rouge Police SWAT executed three search warrants early Wednesday morning as a result of a lengthy investigation into the sale of synthetic marijuana.

Agents executed warrants at 4474 Plank Road (Candles & Accessories), 3444 Wayne Dr., and 6644 Antioch Crossing

During these search warrants the following items were seized:

$7,899.00 in US Currency
28 ounces of suspected high-grade marijuana
2 handguns
90 grams of suspected synthetic marijuana

 


 

The following people were arrested during the investigation:

 

 

Huan M. Nyugen, 33
Charges: PWITD Synthetic Marijuana, PWITD Marijuana, Illegal Carrying of weapon with CDS, Illegal carry of weapon by convicted felon

 

Andre Weatherspoon, 30
Charges: PWITD Synthetic Marijuana, PWITD Marijuana, Illegal Carrying of weapon w/CDS, Illegal carrying of weapon by convicted felon

 


 

Roy Thomas, 38
Charges: PWITD Marijuana, PWITD Synthetic Marijuana

 



Hung Nyugen, 33
Charges: PWITD Synthetic Marijuana, PWITD Marijuana, Illegal Carrying of weapon with CDS

 


 

Shamar D. Harris, 22
Charges: PWITD Synthetic marijuana, PWITD Marijuana, Illegal carry of weapon with CDS

All five subjects were transported to the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison where they were booked on the above mention charges.

They all should stay in jail until their trials come due no bond or bail allowed felons with guns and then add drugs to the mix great citizens , probably saved a few lives getting them off the streets and the punks that own the store as well.
