East Baton Rouge Parish, La (NBC33) — A young man is left paralyzed and deputies are still looking for the man they believe is responsible.

Sheriff's deputies and neighbors say the shooting took place around 10:30 p.m. last night on Tracy Avenue.

Deputies are still looking for a suspect, a black male between 20 and 30 years old with a thin build.

He's believed to be driving a early to red mid-90's Chevy pick-up with tinted windows.
