Duo robs two Dollar Generals in St. Martin Parish
ST. MARTIN PARISH,LA (NBC33) — Investigators with the St. Martin Parish Sheriff's Office are asking for the public's assistance in identifying two male subjects wanted in connection with two armed robberies of Dollar General Stores in St. Martin Parish within the last week.
The first robbery occurred the evening of September 14, 2013, at approximately 9:00 p.m. when two masked males wearing hoodies and armed with handguns, entered the Dollar General Store off Hwy 31 in St. Martinville and committed an armed robbery.
The second one occurred last night, at 9:15 p.m., when two masked males again wearing hoodies and armed with handguns fitting the exact same build & description from the robbery on September 14th, entered the Dollar General Store off Hwy 31, near Ruth Bridge and committed a second armed robbery.
Each time, the individuals fled on foot in an unknown direction of travel. If anyone who may have been in the vicinity when these two incidents occurred and can identify the subjects in the attached videos, they are asked to contact St. Martin Parish Sheriff's Office Investigators at (337) 394-3071.
