BATON ROUGE, LA (NBC33) — A Baton Rouge man who pled guilty to distribution of child pornography was sentenced today to 96 months in prison and 20 years supervised release.
The U.S. Attorney’s office reports that Brad J. Case, 30, sent 25 images of child pornography to an undercover agent with the FBI in May 2011. He did so via the Internet with a peer-to-peer file sharing program.
Agents searched Case’s home in October 2011 and seized his computer, among other things. Forensic examiners were able to reveal hundreds of images and videos containing child pornography.
Case was sentenced on Wednesday, April 3, 2013.
