Disabled man beaten, tased, robbed in Houma

A disabled Houma man was attacked and tased during a robbery by two suspects.

On November 11 at around 1:11a.m., Houma Police were called to Acadian Drive and Glynn Avenue in reference to a 26-year-old disabled victim being attacked.

Upon arrival officers discovered the victim was walking home on Acadian Drive near Glynn Avenue when he was attacked and robbed of his cell phone and wallet. The suspects also appeared to have tased the victim. The victim received moderate injuries to his face due to the incident.

The suspects left the area in a light colored Ford Explorer traveling South on Acadian Drive. Officers patrolled the area and were unable to locate the suspects.
