East Baton Rouge Parish, LA (NBC33) — East Baton Rouge Sheriff's Deputies investigating a shooting.

They say it happened around 11:20 p.m. on Tuesday night in the 8200 block of Ned Avenue.

Deputies found two men with gunshot wounds. Allegedly, the two men got into a gunfight.

They both went to the hospital. Jermaine Vallery, 22, died soon after.
