Baton Rouge, La (NBC33) — United States Attorney Donald Cazayoux, Jr. announced Tuesday, March 20 that Joshua Kinche, 25, was sentenced to a 15 year prison term for distribution of crack cocaine.
United States District Judge Frank Polozola, the presiding judge, observed that Kinchen had a complete lack of respect for the law and fashioned a sentence which would deter him and others from violating the law.
Kinchen was found guilty of distribution of crack cocaine by a jury September 21, 2011.
