Baton Rouge, La (NBC33) — A Baton Rouge man is locked up and charged with burglary after a CrimeStoppers tip led police to him.

Jamerrion Van, 24, stole a credit card from a woman just sitting in her car on Janaury 22 at Our Lady of Mercy Church. Police say Van used the card once he stole it.

He's charged with burglary and using a stolen credit card.
