Couple arrested for Marijuana grow operation, firearms

BATON ROUGE, LA — Narcotics detectives from the Baton Rouge Police Department, with assistance from Louisiana State Police, arrested a local couple for Cultivation of Marijuana and Possession of a Firearm with a Controlled Dangerous Substance.
Joshua Polozola, 26, and Lindsey Wells Polozola, 25, both of 6253 Parterre Drive, were arrested yesterday after a search of their residence found an elaborate growing system and eight mature marijuana plants ready for sale.
Also seized during the search was a 12 gauge shotgun, a .410 bore shotgun, a .22 caliber rifle and a .38 caliber revolver.
Both suspects were booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison.
