LAKE CHARLES, LA — Convicted Sex Offender, John Paul Allee, was arrested by the Lake Charles Police Sex Offender Registration Department on a warrant.

Allee was also charged with Failure to Register as a Sex Offender with this agency after moving into the city limits. Allee was convicted of Contributing to the Delinquency of Juveniles and performing Sexually Immoral Acts
