A citizen complaint led the Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office to a home containing 2 pounds of marijuana and 130 dosages of hydrocodone.

The complaint was made on Tuesday, Dec. 13. Narcotics Detectives issued a search of the home on Sidney Lane near Port Vincent, and found the illegal drugs, along with several packs of rolling papers and a set of digital scales.

Ronald Kisor, 57, admitted to Detectives that he had been selling the illegal drugs. He was arrested and charged with Possession with Intent to Distribute Schedule I CDS, Schedule II CDS, and one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Kisor was booked into the Livingston Parish Detention Center in lieu of a 100,500 bond.
