Livingston Parish, LA — Deputies in the Burglary Division of the Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office have arrested 49-year old Dewey Morgan in connection with a July 11, 2012 theft at 32719 Carol Ann Drive in Denham Springs.
Morgan was arrested on July 14, 2012 during a traffic stop on Amite Baptist Church Road. The truck was found in the parking lot of the Wal-Mart located at 10200 Sullivan Road in Central. It was missing approximately $5,000 in tools and had damage to the driver’s side.
In video obtained from Wal-Mart, Morgan can be seen driving the 2005 Toyota Tacoma 2 WD into the parking lot, then being picked up in a separate vehicle.
