Tangipahoa, La (NBC33) — Jerrico Martin, 34, has been charged with Burglary, Resisting Arrest by Flight and 3 Outstanding Warrants.

Deputies received information that Martin was attempting to sell property which was reported stolen from a residence earlier that night on Silo Rd. in the Village of Tangipahoa.

Deputies soon located a suspect fitting the description of Martin near Phillips Rd. As deputies approached the suspect, he fled on foot. Deputies gave chase and located Martin hiding in a near-by wooded area.
