A package containing $10,000 worth of illegal narcotics was intercepted by the Louisiana State Police earlier this month. Troopers followed the delivery address to a Tulane University fraternity house and arrested two men, including a Baton Rouge-native.

Troopers assigned with the Bureau of Investigations High Intensity Drug Trafficking Areas Task Force were made aware of the package, which contained 107 grams of MDMA (Ecstasy). They say the package was intended for Jules Staib, 19, of Baton Rouge and Wyatt Silverman, 19, of Pittsburg, PA.

During a search of the fraternity house located on Broadway Street in New Orleans, troopers recovered 57 dosage units of LSD, 69 grams of Psilocybin Mushrooms, 48 grams of Opium, 22 grams of Marijuana, .80 grams of Cocaine and .91 grams of DMT (Dimethyltyptamine).

Both Staib and Wyatt were arrested and charged with Possession of Illegal Narcotics (Schedule I and II) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
