Baton Rouge, La (NBC33) — A Baton Rouge man is locked up and charged with forcible rape.

According to reports, 29 year-old Trevor Gause was watching television with the victim at a friend's house.

Gause is thought to have touched her inappropriately, and then, took off the victims clothes. According to the report, Gause then raped the victim.

Gause is charged with one count of rape.
