A Haughton meth lab is discovered and shut down Tuesday evening. Two roommates that live at the location are now behind bars.

Jessica N. Farrell, 27, and Michael W. Fletcher, 61, were arrested on multiple counts of manufacturing meth at their residence in the 100 block of Placker Lane. A third suspect, Robert B. Stinson, 35, is wanted on multiple arrest warrants of similar charges.

Narcotics agents had received information earlier that there was a meth lab at the house. When authorities met the residents at the front door, they smelled an odor of chemicals coming from inside the residence. The roommates gave consent to search their house, and that’s when agents found evidence of manufacturing meth at three locations inside the house and five outside.

Officers also found drug paraphernalia, including pipes, needles and rolling papers, as well as various legend drugs, meth and marijuana in Farrell’s bedroom and on her. She admitted to cooking meth with her boyfriend, Stinson, who remains wanted for possession of methamphetamine, two counts of possession of legend drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and eight counts of manufacturing of meth. His bond is set at $301,000. He is described as a white male, 5’ 9”, approximately 165 pounds, bald, with multiple tattoos on his arm.

Farrell was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, two counts of possession of legend drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana (second offense) and eight counts of manufacturing of meth; her bond is pending.

Fletcher was charged with eight counts of manufacturing of meth; his bond is pending.

Both were taken to the Bossier Maximum Security Facility.
