BATON ROUGE, La (NBC33) - — William Wise, 51, is believed to be the person who set fire to the Mike Anderson's located off of Lee Drive  back on December 13.

We're told his car was spotted at the crime scene thanks to surveillance video.

Wise is already behind bars for setting fire to a Sonic restaurant. He was arrested for that crime on December 22.

Mike Anderson says the damage to his restaurant is so bad, he probably won't be able to open up again for three more months.
