BATON ROUGE, LA — East Baton Rouge Sheriff's Detectives responded to a call at approximately noon today at a home on Antietam Avenue of a murder/suicide.

According to reports, Timothy Grady, 52, shot his wife Natalie Grady, 49, and then shot himself while inside their residence. No one else was inside the home at the time.

"This is just an unfortunate situation,” Casey Rayborn Hicks, East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Department, said at the scene of the crime today. “It's very unfortunate for the family to have to deal with this right now."

Deputies are still trying to figure out the motive for the shooting.
