BATON ROUGE, LA (NBC33) — LSU police sent out an emergency text message to students shortly after 1:00 a.m. alerting students about a robbery that occurred on campus.

Baton Rouge Police say the suspect snatched a purse from the victim near the corner of Chimes and Highland road before running off.

Police are still looking for the man who did this. We’re told he was wearing a red sweatshirt.
