Albany man charged with theft, other charges

TANGIPAHOA PARISH, LA — An Albany man was arrested today on numerous charges stemming from several break ins yesterday.
At around 4:00 p.m. on Monday, Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff's Office Deputies responded to Vitrano Road in reference to a white male, later identified as Norman Cutrer, 50.
Cutrer was seen breaking into several residences by witnesses. When deputies arrived, they detained Cutrer pending investigation.
It was soon revealed that Cutrer went through the area, jumping fences, beating on doors, and eventually gained access into several residences.
Subsequently, Cutrer was arrested and charged with theft, two counts of criminal trespass and attempted burglary.
