Livingston Parish (NBC33) — In Livingston Parish, an alleged rapist claims the cops are holding him down.

James Buvens, 39, was arrested for raping a woman, and claims that charges are being put on him all the time without reason.

The victim called 911 and told police her attacker was still in the Holden area.

After a six-hour manhunt, Buvens was taken into custody.

He faces several charges, including aggravated rape, home invasion, and flight from an officer.
