4 arrested in Tangipahoa meth lab busts

Hammond, LA (NBC33) — Four Tangipahoa Parish residents are facing charges for manufacturing methamphetamine.
Sheriff Edward Daniels says officers found two “one pot” meth labs and the required materials in Hammond and Independence.
Kristopher L. Payne, 26 and Stephanie Parker, 25 were arrested when narcotics agents raided their room at the 190 Motel in Hammond, on July 16.
Peter Joseph Scalia, 37 and William Hayden Parsons, 36 were arrested after officer searched their Danna Road area home, on July 21.
Edwards said his deputies worked with the Tri Parish Task Force and the Hammond Police Department to bust the meth labs.
The Following individuals were arrested:
Kristopher L. Payne, 26, was charged with Manufacturing Schedule II CDS “Methamphetamine”
Stephanie Parker, 25, was charged with Manufacturing Schedule II CDS “Methamphetamine.”
Parker was also on Probation with Louisiana Probation and Parole for a previous charge of Operation/Creation of a Clandestine Lab
Peter Joseph Scalia, 37, was charged with Simple Battery, Resisting an Officer two (2) counts, Outstanding Warrants, and Manufacturing Schedule II CDS “Methamphetamine”
William Hayden Parsons, 36, was charged with Manufacturing Schedule II CDS “Methamphetamine
