2 brothers arrested for armed robbery in Crowley

Two young men are now in the Acadia Parish Jail after trying to rob a person at gunpoint.

Crowley Police Chief K.P. Gibson says his officers responded to a disturbance at a hotel near I-10 around 4:00 p.m. on July 30, 2014, to find the two men driving away.

Officers stopped the car and found four guns inside, one which was stolen from another parish.

Trent Duhon, 18, and Trevor Duhon, 17, both of Rayne, LA were arrested and booked into the Acadia Parish Jail.

Trevor Duhon was charged with attempted armed robbery, possession of stolen property, resisting arrest and illegal possession of firearms.

Trent Duhon was booked for principal to armed robbery and possession of stolen property.
