BATON ROUGE, LA (NBC33) — The Baton Rouge Police Department is seeking a 19-year-old male who they believe is responsible for a shooting over the weekend.

Police identified Jeremy Payne of Baton Rouge as the possible killer of Curtis Mitchell. Officials say Payne shot Michell on Saturday, June 9 on the 5300 block of Paige Street.

Payne is wanted for First-Degree Murder.
