Dramatic video revealed of the moment when three buildings collapsed in Rio de Janeiro that was caught on tape.

At least four people are dead, six injured and 18 others missing from the collapse.

Security camera video from the building across the street show people running for their lives followed by a huge cloud of dust that eventually covered the camera lens.

The buildings were 20, ten and four stories high and were office buildings that were mostly empty during the time of the collapse.

Witnesses said they heard the buildings cracking and plaster falling before the collapse.

Rescuers began work to find survivors and are still at the site. One rescuer heard a man calling out saying he was on the sixth floor and realized he was standing on top of the man who was under some rubble.

TV Globo attached a camera on the helmet of a rescue worker who began search efforts overnight.

The collapse raises concerns about Rio's infrastructure, the place that will host 2014 Soccer World Cup and the 2016 summer Olympics.
