Cadillac shooting arrest

Baton Rouge police arrested a man for the deadly shooting on Cadillac St.
Officers believe Keith Payne shot and killed Cameo Christopher around 11:00 Monday night.
Detectives said Payne and another person fought over a hand gun, which fired.
It hit Christopher in the upper torso.
Crimestoppers tips and witness information led to the arrest.
