BATON ROUGE, LA (WVLA)  Black Friday shoppers were out in full force in Baton Rouge.  Some stores were open before midnight, while some opened while non-shoppers slept.

Kohl's in Baton Rouge was scheduled to open at 3:00am, but heavy rain and plumetting temps forced store managers to open a half hour early.

At Target on Seigen Lane, most of the shoppers standing in line had umbrellas and jackets.  As with every year, TV's and electronics were the big get.   Some electronics slashed over 40 percent.

One of the last of the big box stores to open in the capital city was Best Buy.  The doors opened just after 5.  As the doors opened, the rain continued to fall and the line to get in was wrapped around the building.

Business analysts say 60 million shoppers are expected to hit the stores Black Friday.  They add if the sales are big enough - almost 140 million shoppers could be out.
