It's being called one of the biggest drug busts this year in Livingston Parish.
Sheriff's deputies said they weren't prepared for what they found when they walked into 44-year-old Kenneth Ardoin's camper. They found an arsenal of guns and drugs inside.
"Without a doubt this guy had a little business going and we have shut it down. We will continue this investigation and I'm confident more arrests will come of it."
One did. Officials also arrested 28-year-old Rusty Graham was neck deep in Ardoin's illegal business, according to Chief Deputy Jason Ard.
Authorites said Ardoin was exchanging meth for stolen goods, and Graham was allegedly bringing him some of those items.
"Also recovered stolen four wheeler able to connect him with stolen items solve some burglaries with it."
"On the day of Ardoin's arrest deputies seized his home and his truck. Now it sits at the 911 center. But, it's up to a judge to determine if he'll ever get his stuff back."
Deputies said Ardoin admitted to possessing and selling meth, drug paraphenalia, plastic bags for distribution, and ledgers were all found inside his camper.
Ardoin's bond was set at a half a million dollars. Graham's bond has been set at over 150 thousand dollars.
