Baton Rouge 6th in nation for job growth

Baton Rouge ranks sixth in the nation for job growth.

In fact, Baton Rouge saw a jump in new employment every month this year until august.

Even then, experts say the decline in jobs was less than one percent.

One expert said Baton Rouge will add 9,500 jobs over the next two years, which would make us the third fastest growing in the state.
