The POS needs to go bye bye as a police officer! Why would anyone want a creep like this supposedly protecting their community? Put him in the slammer and throw away the key!

I do agree with all these people who gave their comments. And I will say to these AMEN !!!!!!
How could this mental problem dude allowed to become an officer from the beginning he probably
did not have this anger problem. But he felt to himself that he can do anything for what he had done
to this innocent little puppy. He thought it's just a puppy and he killed the puppy.

This is not acceptable behavior for ANY ONE let alone an officer of the law. If he can hurt something innocent such puppy he can kill a child. Needs removed from the force

Should never be allowed to work as a cop again. He shows some serious mental issues and total lack of anger control with a helpless animal. Now picture him armed and angry.

he needs to be jailed!

This so called "police officer" of the LAW should adhere to the LAW and take the maximum punishment and then SOME MORE!!!!!!

This creature should NOT be a cop, when a cop displays this sort of violence he needs to be removed from the job. He obviously got into law enforcement as some sort of power take his anger out on a small puppy...he has severe mental problems..get rid of him NOW!!
