An alert customer catches a troublesome bird on video multiple times.

"When I hit the corner, my first reaction was, 'Really?'," said customer Ranell Roy.

Because a single grackle managed to get inside.

Ranell snapped pictures of the feathered visitor hanging out in the bread aisle.

The next week, he saw it again and shot video.

"It's been gaining some weight. It's been gaining some weight. It's definitely not a vegan. There's an employee about ten feet away stocking the meat on the shelves, so I tap her like, 'Hey, ma'am. Either Walmart has some really fresh product or there's a wild bird right behind you," he told CNN.

Ranell was sure after two weeks of bird watching at the store on market place drive that it would be gone, but it wasn't, so on his third visit, he complained.

"She's like, 'I'm sorry, sir. I'm gonna talk to management.' I'm like, 'Okay.' Same time, when I went to another employee, he's like directing me, trying to help me out. 'Take pictures of this. Take pictures of this. Send them to corporate. Send them to corporate. We told management, but nothing is being addressed,'" Ranell explained.

CNN contacted the corporate office.

They told us the bird issue is a serious matter and that it was gone, but when we went in, we found it perched in the rafters.

"It's Walmart, you know? I can go to the aisle in the sporting good section and get a net and catch it myself," he said.

Wal-Mart eventually shut down its 24-hour store, located he bird, and sent the grackle packing.
