BATON ROUGE,LA (NBC33) — Calling all animal lovers! The 14th annual Capital Area Animal Welfare Society Mystic Krewe of Mutts rolls in Downtown Baton Rouge Sunday Jan. 27 at 1:30 p.m.

The 2013 theme is "Totally Pawsome 80's."

CAAWS needs more than 200 volunteers to help pull of the day of pet parties.
