49-year-old deaf man killed by train in St. Landry Parish
Lebeau, LA (NBC33) — Forty-nine-year-old Michael Tanner, of Lebeau, is dead after being struck by a train Thursday while walking on the tracks beside Highway 71.
Witnesses told the St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s Office that walking on the train tracks was part of Tanner’s daily routine.
