BATON ROUGE, La (NBC33) — Relay for Life returns to Baton Rouge this Saturday, May 21 at 6 p.m. It's an overnight celebration of a world with less cancer and more birthdays.

The Relay takes place on corner of Picardy and Bluebonnet in front of Baton Rouge General Hospital.

During the event, one relay team member will be on the track at all times as a sign of strength and determination in the fight against cancer.

Relay for Life is an American Cancer Society event.
