NBC NEWS — A new bulletin from the American College of OBGYN's says IUD's are the most effective form of contraception.
Intra-Uterine devices and implants have the lowest pregnancy rate of all forms of contraception.
Doctors say the upfront costs are high, and women need to go to the doctor's office to have the procedure. But, over the long run they are more cost effective than other methods.
Doctors also say complications are extremely rare.
