April 10, 2011 — BATON ROUGE (NBC33) - It was all pedals and pegs sunday and the 2nd annual Velo Louisiane Bike Festival.

The event had every type of bike and rider, but some bikes were more special than others.

It was a free, family oriented event at the Perkins Road Community Park.

The festival started at noon and raffled off bikes, and featured competitions like best tricks.
