BATON ROUGE (NBC33) - Tigerbait.com is reporting that Butler Community College quarterback Zach Mettenberger has committed to Les Miles and the LSU Tigers.

"I'm letting you know I committed on my visit but I'm letting the public know today," Mettenberger said via text message to TigerBait.com.

With LSU’s quarterback woes this year, this could be perhaps the biggest commitment for the Tigers for the 2011 recruiting class.
