Residents Share Opinions About Bond Proposal

Residents I caught up with share mixed feelings about the 900 million bond proposal. Officials say the bond proposal would help build a new parish prison, infrastructure projects, stations for the police and sherriff's office. Residents can vote on the tax bond issue saturday.
