Police Offer Safety Halloween Tips

State police say check go online and make sure you know where the sexual predators. They say you can check addresses and faces online. Also, officials say their lights their should be off, they should not give out candy and they must remain inside until the night is over. State police will be out checking on offenders to make sure they're following the rules.
