Officials Say Abstinence Until Marriage Program is Flawed

Planned Parenthood Officials say the Abstinence Until Marriage Program doesn't provide adolescents the proper information they need to make the right decisions.Public affairs Julie Mickelberry says Louisiana has seen an increase in STD's involving young people. She says until government leaders change the specifics of the program the statistics may go up.
