Football fans probably remember the former New Orleans Saints player who ripped off an opponent's helmet and hurled it across the Superdome a few years back...
But now Kyle Turley is taking that intensity to a different stage.
The former lineman is the lead guitarist and vocalist of his "power country" band "Turley"
So far the group has one record out "Anger Management," with another one on the way.
Tturley says ever since he hung up his cleats three years ago, he's been focused on pursuing his childhood passion of music.
Turley's ultimate goal--making a dramatic return to the 'Dome, singing in a half-time show!
You can see pictures and read about the show last night on our sister station, CW21 http://www.cw21br.com/news/kyle-turley-performance-at-varsity-in-baton-r...

Great Story. I was wondering what happened to Kyle after football.
